The Rotobrush® industry has been a growing industry for over 20 years, leading in a market of air duct cleaning. Rotobrush® has been an associate member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) since 1993 and has certified NADCA Air System Cleaning Specialists (ASCS) on staff.
What makes the Rotobrush® system unique is the fact that it simultaneously brushes and vacuums dirt and debris in the air duct at the point of contact. The Rotobrush® air duct cleaning system is designed to accurately clean out home and commercial air ducts ranging from metal, flex, and duct board ducts. It also includes attachments to clean out dryer vents. A ‘Roto-Vision®’ camera is included, which can be connected to the hose in order to watch the duct cleaning process (but not always necessary).
Another camera system that has been aquired from Rotobrush® is a smaller, more portable version called the I2Cam. There are two common sizes of hoses, both 35’ in length (diameters: 1.5” and 2.25”). Another advantage of the machine includes ease of movement and portability, with the ability to work year- round without leaving doors or windows open in the extreme cool or hot seasons.
How Can Caliber Air Repair Improve the Indoor Air Quality of Your Residential or Commercial Environment?
Cleaning and disinfecting the ductwork will help alleviate the existence of dust mites and allergies and reduce the irritation of asthma. It is not uncommon for the customer to feel an immediate respiratory relief once the cleaning process is completed. Not only will it improve the overall health but cleaning the dust out of the ductwork can save the customer money. Customers will spend less on filters, especially if they have an Electrostatic or HEPA filtration system. The overall efficiency of the furnace will potentially be improved and may reduce the amount of repairs needed over time due to clean, more lubricated parts.
