Two Types of Cleaning Systems
New to Caliber is a portable vacuum system that capable of delivering the same CFM suction as a Truck-Mount vacuum while in combination with powerful compressed air at 200 PSI and 21 CFM. This means that every square inch will be covered when cleaning out the vents. This is particularly handy when cleaning larger homes or large commercial sites with complicated ventilation systems. This system can be used in combination with a brush and cable system if it is necessary to remove debris from heavily contaminated ducts.
Our other cleaning system is the portable Rotobrush Air+. Some people believe that because it is a small, portable vacuum that it won’t effectively clean. It is true that the machine has less suction than the common truck mount systems. However, it will conveniently vacuums directly at the point of the moving brush, allowing all ductwork to be cleaned successfully. There is less chance that dust will build up at the air conditioner or the furnace’s heat coil during the cleaning process. Also, there are numerous techniques we use that will help to clean out the dust particles more effectively.

Fire Proof Dryer Vent Cleaning
Cleaning the dryer vent can reduce the buildup of excessive moisture or will reduce the risk of a fire hazard. It also simply increases the efficiency of the dryer.
Video Inspection System
This is a tool that will allow the employee as well as the customer to see before, during, and after views of the ductwork. The most important to see is the cold air trunk and intakes as they draw in the most contaminated particles. The most common portable camera used now within Caliber is the I2Cam. This camera has a 1” lighted color camera connected to an 8” screen. It also has a built in picture and video recorder with an SD card. With this feature, employees are able to upload video footage of the customer’s home and send it to them via email.

They need to be replaced every 1-3 months. They are able to filter a large amount of microscopic dust circulating through the ductwork.
